The hotel offers lovely and clean rooms well-stocked with tea and coffee making facilities; however, they show signs of wear and tear. Having a restaurant attached is convenient, and the rooms are smell-free and clean with plenty of free parking available. The service is first-class and friendly, but the dining experience could be improved. Located just outside the airport, it provides a peaceful retreat away from busy roads. The dining options, though average, include a buffet with a good selection of hot and cold food.

My room has recently been renovated, and it was on a different floor than originally booked. The newly decorated room was refreshing and perfect for our family. We enjoyed a nice cheap meal, compliments to the kitchen staff. The hotel is in a great location, just what we needed.

The rooms, though a little dated and affected by flight noise and contractors, were spacious with 2 large bedrooms and a communal area; however, it was too hot to sleep comfortably. The service from the lovely staff, especially Katrina, was exceptional, providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere despite the dated feel of the hotel. The location, though great for Stanstead Airport, was noisy and could be cold due to missing radiators. The dining experience was not the usual Travelodge standard. Overall, a mixed experience with some standout features and drawbacks.
